Teruko-Fuji Carter, 82, of Pooler, GA

January 12th 1942-February 7th, 2024

Mrs.Carter was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved and cared for everyone and everything around her. She loved the outdoors, animals with birds being her favorite. There was never a quiet moment in her life. She was loving, caring and always made sure everyone and everything was fed and taken care of. She loved spending time with her family and always made sure that family came first.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Vernon L. Carter; three sons and daughters-in-law, Joey Carter, Michael (Laura) Carter, and Bobby (Trina) Carter; four grandchildren, Miranda Carter, Kimberly Carter, Brandon Carter, and Anastasia Washkow; great-grandchildren, Ryder Carter and Noah Carter.

The family will hold a private memorial at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Savannah Humane Society.
