Rincon - Thelma Lockhart, 83, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at her home.

The Sumter, SC native was a member of New Hope Christian Church and was retired from Wells Fargo Bank.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Lockhart; children, Larry Lockhart (Jeanne), Cheryl Lockhart Davenport, and Yvette Youngblood (Craig); grandchildren, Jami Rogers and Blake Floyd; great-grandchildren, Jordan Fogle and Janson Fogle; sisters, Betty Vining, Debbie Rooks, and Bobbie Sprunger; and several nieces and nephews, including Patty Tuttle.

Graveside services will be according to CDC guidelines, including wearing masks, 11 am Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Rincon Cemetery.
