Thomas Lawrence Boyette, Sr.
Springfield- Thomas Lawrence Boyette, Sr., 69, died Sunday, September 11, 2016 at his home.
The Statesboro native was a retired plumber and had served in the US Marine Corp in the Philippines during the Vietnam War. He loved to hunt and fish, and did so for many years, but what he loved the most was spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Farrow Boyette; children, Thomas Boyette, Jr. (Ashley) and Shannon Boyette Erdman (Gerald); sisters, Lavonne Owens, Martha Gail Peacock, Elfrieda Castro, and Sandra Hogg; brothers, Raymond and Stephen Boyette; grandchildren, Joseph Wesley Boyette, Jackson Thomas Boyette, William Michael Boyette, Ashley Elizabeth Richardson, Amanda Bonnie Richardson, and Karisa Ann Boyette; great-grandchildren, Wesley Lawrence Boyette, Zaelynn Ava Marie Parmelee, Isabella Grace Amaral, and Micaela Ann Boyette; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 4-6 pm Sunday, September 18, 2016 in the funeral home. Remembrances: Hospice of your choice.
