Thomas Edward Sorg II, age 52,

Born May 25, 1972 - Died August 20, 2024, in his home accompanied by his dogs Skyler and Luke.

Born and raised in Effingham County, Tom was a hardworking Framer and a loving husband, father, and Papa. He always looked out for his brothers, in good times and bad, they always stuck together as brothers should. Tom always looked out for those in need and at least tried to see good in all people. He was proceeded in death by his father, brother, and wife, Thomas Edward Sorg Sr, Joshua Thomas Sorg, and Misty Buckley Sorg. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Linda and Shane Wells, his youngest brother, Matthew Thomas Sorg, his daughters, Brittany Jones, and Maranda Bradley Braden. His grandchildren Emmalynn and Thomas Jones many nieces and nephews and an excellent group of friends including Samantha and Patrick Sexton and Jennifer and Patrick Collins. Tom touched many lives and will be dearly missed.
