Los Angeles, CA – Thomas Clay "T.J." Thompson, Jr., 32, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2011.
T.J. was a former resident of Garden City. He was employed with the LAC-USC Medical Center as a Emergency Medical Technician. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cindi Thompson; his paternal grandfather, Loyd Thompson and a uncle, Wayne Thompson.
Survivors include his parents, Thomas & Candi Thompson of Garden City; paternal grandmother, Ida Thompson of Port Wentworth; grandmother, Vivian Sewell of Harlingen, TX; grandfather, Robert Anderson of Rockville, MD; aunts and uncles, Tammy & William Crews of Leesburg, GA, Tracy & Jeffrey Clack of Leesburg, GA and Crystal & Col. Daniel Garcia of Coppers Cove, TX; cousins, Scott Thompson, Austin Crews, Ansley Crews, Raylee Clack, Rebecca Clack, Raegan Clack, Hunter Garcia and Brice Garcia.
Visitation: 6-9 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Graveside Funeral and Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Monday at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery located at 1336 Dean Forest Road in Garden City.
