Obituary

Mr. Thomas Jefferson "Tommy" Hendley, 60, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Tommy was born in Savannah and was preceded in death by his father, Thomas William "T.W." Hendley and his brother, Bruce Daniel Hendley. He was the owner/operator of Tommy's in Pooler, retired from Gulfstream after 30 years of service and served his country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed watching football, NASCAR racing, playing cards and playing golf. He loved his family and friends and was the life of the party.
Survivors include his wife, Lorie Hendley; children, Scott & Julie Hendley, Kari Hendley and Kelli Hendley; grandchildren, Bailey Hendley, Aubrey Kerby, Brooke Gray and Zoie Hendley; mother, Grace Hendley Rahn; sisters, Patty Kerby and Debora Brower and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
