Rincon- Timmy Waters, 54, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Effingham Hospital.
The Jacksonville, FL native had attended New Hope Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Wendy Waters; sons, Timothy Ryan Waters and Joshua Kyle Waters; brothers, Reginald Waters and Michael Waters; a sister, Phyllis Waters Whitaker; mother-in-law, Barbara Whitecage; and brother-in-law, William Whitecage.
Memorial service will be held 3 pm Sunday, December 30, 2012 in the funeral home chapel with visitation an hour prior to service.
