Timothy Allen "Coy" Mincey, 54, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Coy was born in Savannah and enjoyed racing at Oglethorpe Speedway. He was a certified mechanic and had done mechanic work all of his life. Survivors include his parents, Roy R. & Patricia S. Mincey; sisters, Sandra Kendrick and Rhonda Hughes; step-children, Dustin Roaruks, Dean Hall and Mark Lee, Jr.; several nieces, nephews and his former wife, Peaches. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral: 11 a.m. on Friday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery. Thomas C.
