Rincon – Tony D. Wilson, 73, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

The Spalding County native was a member of Rincon Baptist Temple and was retired from Union Bag after 38 years and as a business representative for IAM after 13 years.  He was also a US Navy Vietnam veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Henry & Catherine Wilson; and his sister, Paula Wilson.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Bettie Andrus Wilson; children, Mike Davis (Trudy), Tiffanie Steptoe (Jimmy), and Billy Dean Wilson; grandchildren, Krysten Cancellieri (Sam), Lilly Wilson, Kaelin Durst (Mason), Taylor Steptoe, Jordan Steptoe, Turner Wilson, and Lyric Wilson; brother, James T. Wilson (Elaine); and sister, Patricia Bacich (John).

Visitation: 10 – 11 am Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Rincon Baptist Temple.

Memorial Service: 11 am Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Rincon Baptist Temple.
