Springfield – Ulverlene "Ava" Exley Hall, age 89, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Effingham Care Center.

She was a native of Port Wentworth, GA and lifelong member of Port Wentworth United Methodist Church.  A graduate of Commercial High in Savannah, she worked in the family trucking business with her husband and son.

Ulverlene was preceded in death by her parents, Ulva and Amy Hinely Exley; husband, Marcy Hall; and son, Randy Hall.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Strickland Funeral Home, Pooler Chapel.
