Clyo- Vanlee Mercer, 77, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at his home.
The Effingham County native was a member of Silver Hill United Methodist Church, Georgia Hunting and Fishing Federation, Clyo Breakfast Club, and Sure Shot Hunting Club. He had worked for the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local #188 since 1957.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Mercer; children, Susan Glisson (Segal), Kimmy Leesa Moore (Kenny), Angela Mankin (Randy); grandchildren, Bendi West, Jamey Glisson, Tayler Moore, Chandler Moore, Garrett Moore, Julia Moore, and Brandi Mankin; great-grandchildren, Tanslei Lupton and Harper West.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 am Friday, October 23, 2015 at Silver Hill United Methodist Church.
Interment: Church Cemetery
