Pooler – Verna L. Cowan, 66, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 at her residence under the care of Hospice Savannah.
Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Richard D. Cowan; children, John (Faye) Bradley, Troy (Lisa) Bradley, Christine Cowan Duke; grandchildren, Brandi McAtee, Sarah Bradley, Justin Bradley, Brian Bradley, Steven Bradley, and Jason Bradley.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Saturday followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m., at Strickland Funeral Home in Pooler, GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family request remembrances to be sent to Hospice Savannah, P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416.
