Springfield – Veronica Taylor Lee, 67, passed away December 8, 2023 at Effingham Hospital.

The Chatham County native was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, playing Candy Crush, hogging the remote, Pepsi and Lay's chips.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Troy Taylor, Sr. and Sarah Lee Sikes.

Survivors include her children, Hope Brabham (Daniel), Shannon Ludgate (Brian), Harold Wayne Lee, Jr. (Sandra), and Rachel Bishop (Jason Mann); brothers, Leon Saxon and Greg Saxon (Marcia); 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
