Mr. Victor Polero, 89, also known by his grandchildren as "Daddar", passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.
Victor was born in Louisville, GA to the late Victor Polero, Sr. & Bernice Polero. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lena Polero, and a son, Victor Mark Polero, Sr. He was a member of the First Independent Methodist Church of Eatonton, a fourth degree knight with the Knights of Columbus, and retired from Continental Can.
Survivors include his children, Felicia Greer (Jerry), Tony Polero (Connie Dix), and Shawn Barutio (Mike); grandchildren, Jessica, Zachary, and Casey Greer, Michael and Nicholas Barutio, Shannon Jackson (Kevin), and Victor Mark Polero, Jr. (Shannon); a number of great-grandchildren, including Lexi and Alexander Greer; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
The visitation will be on Saturday from 12 until 1 p.m. at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery.
