Vinetta Woods Ray
Bloomingdale- Vinetta Woods Ray, 80, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 at her home.
The Effingham County native was a member of South Newington Baptist Church. She had retired from Union Camp and had worked ath Western Sizzlin in Pooler for 2 years. She was a loving, caring and generous lady that loved flowers and witnessing for her Lord.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 65 years, E.M. Ray; her children, Roger Ray (Julie), Carlton Ray (Holly), Linda Smith (Dale), Maureen Ray, and Carolyn Jones (Mark); sister, Betty Lord; brothers, Robert, Cordell, and Henry Woods; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 4-6 pm Sunday, January 6, 2013 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 1 pm Monday, January 7, 2013 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Hillcrest West
