Virgil Deon Hall

Jul 29, 1964 — Nov 7, 2026

Virgil Deon Hall, 62, of Springfield, Georgia, passed away on November 7, 2026.

Known simply as “Deon” to all who knew and loved him, he was the kind of man you couldn’t help but love. With his outgoing personality, generous heart, and unwavering love for his family, Deon had a way of making everyone around him feel special. He was a man who loved deeply, lived fully, and always put his family first.

Deon was a devoted husband of 36 years to the love of his life, Wanda. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. He took great pride in the family they created and cherished every moment spent with those he loved most.

He was a proud and loving father to his three children, John, Amber, and Clay. He made it a point every single day to remind them how much they were loved and just how proud he was of each of them. His love extended just as deeply to their spouses, Krystle, Warren, and Harley, whom he welcomed into his heart and loved as his very own.

But perhaps his most treasured role of all was being “GDaddy.” His six grandchildren—Ally, Haidyn, Kinleigh, Deon, Jaxen, and Westin—were his entire world. He lived and breathed for those six babies, and there was nothing that brought him greater happiness than being their GDaddy. They were his pride, his joy, and the light of his life. Whether he was cheering them on, making memories, or simply spending time with them, being their GDaddy was a role he cherished beyond words.

Above all else, Deon will be remembered for the incredible love he had for his family. He didn't just tell them he loved them—he made sure they felt it every single day. His love, laughter, and the memories he created will forever live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to call him husband, Daddy, GDaddy, family, and friend.
