Guyton – Virginia L. Montplaisir, 83, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025 at Pruitt Health Seaside.

The New Bedford, MA native was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Montplaisir, Sr.; son, Mark Montplaisir; daughter, Michele Wolfe; and daughter-in-law, Pamela Montplaisir.

Survivors include her son, Paul Montplaisir, Jr.; daughter & son-in-law, Sheri & Phil Phillips; daughter-in-law, Yvette Montplaisir; son-in-law, Robert A. Wolfe; grandchildren, Erik Montplaisir, Ashley Wolfe, Nicole Manor, Ryan Phillips, Rachel Phillips, Nikki Petrone, and Kyle Nichols; 5 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a future date.
