Mr. Wayne Brigdon, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, avid fisher, hunter and retired machinist, returned to his Heavenly home on May 2, 2022 at the age of 69.

After a career with the Navy and retiring from K Machine, he liked to spend his days at the Laurel View Hunting Club and spoiling his grandchildren.  One of his fondest memories was winning the state championship for baseball with his Pooler boys.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Karen Brigdon; six children, Edwad Hadel, Kenny Hadel (Suzie), Tonya Brigdon, John Brigdon (Jenny), Kenneth Wayne Brigdon, Jr. (Samantha) and Jessica Brigdon; sisters, Penny, Marsha, and Marvene; brothers, Jarman, Alvin, and Arnold; 13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John Hope Brigdon, II and Jeanette Davis Johns.

The visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022 at the funeral home.

The funeral will be at 12 noon on Saturday, May 7, 2022 in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Westside Memorial Gardens.
