Bloomingdale-Mr. William L. Monroe, 72, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at his home.
William was born in Savannah to the late Charles Henry & Lois Monroe. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Patty Monroe; children, Marsha Elaine Monroe (Allen), Linda Gail Henze (Brian), Thomas L. Monroe (Marilou), William L. Monroe (Samantha), and James Farley (Tammy); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles, Joseph, James, John & Robert; sisters, Judy & Edna, and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Wednesday, June 21st from 2:30 until 4 p.m. at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 W. Hwy. 80 in Pooler.
