Pooler-Mr. William "Bill" Morgan, Jr., 72, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Mr. Morgan was born in Sewannee, T> to the late William D. Morgan, Sr. & Mary Elizabeth (Nancy) Morgan Lewis. He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Morgan. He was a member of South Newington Baptist Church, attended the Band of Brothers Friday Morning Bible Study, and enjoyed Southern Gospel Music, especially the Gaither's. He retired from Erickson Associates Incorporated, enjoyed fishing and hunting, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Dale Morgan; children, Darrell (Brandi) Morgan and Sarah Morgan; grandchildren, Kayla, Maggie, and Jake; siblings, Geneva Alexander, Marie (Don) Ricker, Clifford (Julie) Morgan, Dwight (Delores) Morgan, Robert (Tina) Morgan, Richard (Anita) Morgan, and Nora (Jimmy) White, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will be on Tuesday, April 4th at 11 a.m. at the South Newington Baptist Church located at 453 John Carter Road in Bloomingdale.
