Mr. William "Billy" Owen, Jr., 76, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at his home.

Surviving wife, Donna D. Owen; Billy will also be missed by his children, Linda Owen Walsh and Christopher James Owen, as well as his grandchildren, Colby, Gracie, and Emmy.

He was born in Savannah, Georgia and was preceded in death by his parents, William James Owen, Sr. and Jean "Pet" Owen, a sister, Judy Diffenderfer, as well as a niece, Linda Wingate.

He was a member of the New Life Worship Center and retired from Gulfstream Aerospace.  He was known for his generosity, kindness, and unwavering willingness to help a friend in need.  He was a licensed pilot and enjoyed flying, he also enjoyed golfing, fishing, and woodworking.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.  The memorial service to honor Billy's life will follow at 6 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
