Faulkville-Mr. William H. Smith, Jr., 64, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2011 at his
home.

Mr. Smith was born in Statesboro and was preceded in death by his father, William H.
Smith, Sr. and his step-father, E.F. Sutton. He was the owner/operator of Smith
Construction and loved fishing and watching Nascar. He loved his wife, children and
grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Jimmie Gail Smith of Faulkville; children, Lydia Luke of
Guyton, James Robert Cowart of Rincon, Dwayne E. Cowart of Pineora, William H.
Smith, III "Little Bill" of Eden and Scott A. Smith of Faulkville; thirteen grandchildren;
fifteen great-grandchildren; mother, Ouida Sutton of Pooler; sisters, Ann Stafford of
Richmond Hill and Sharon Smith of Savannah and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at the funeral home.

The funeral to honor Mr. Smith's life will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 31, 2011 in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Travis Cowart and Rev. Devin Bell officiating. Pallbearers will be Joey Gay, Danny Gay, Chris Gay, Randy Hadden, Jason Saxon and Wade Godsey. Burial will follow at
Hillcrest Abbey West on Dean Forest Road.
