William Clyde White
Rincon, GA – William Clyde White, 50, passed away at his home on Friday, May 6, 2011 following a battle with cancer for an extended period of time.
William was a resident of Savannah until moving to Rincon in 2000. He was employed as a chemical operator at Union Camp/International Paper Corp for 31 years. He was a member of United Steel Workers Union Local 745 in Savannah. He was also a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Savannah and a 1978 graduate of Savannah High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alan William White and Mary Kathryn Graves White of Savannah, GA.
He is survived by his wife, Deanie Nease White of Rincon, GA; his daughter and son-in-law, Jessica Paige and Tom Giordano and his grandchildren, McKayla Paige Hewlings, Ansleigh Elisabeth Giordano, and Logan Thomas Giordano all of Guyton, GA; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Evelyn and Jerry McCarthy of Portal, GA, Phyllis and Alfred E. Jackson and Gwendolyn and Ricky Bennett both of Savannah, GA; his father-in-law and his wife, Clyde "Bubba" and Betty Sue Nease of Rincon, GA; his mother-in-law, Virginia Dickerson Nease of Portal, GA; brother-in-law and wife, Danny and Amanda Nease of Guyton, GA; he is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 6 great-nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his dear life-long friend, Donald R. Miles of Clermont, FL.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Graveside funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Upper Mill Creek Primitive Baptist Church, Hwy. 25, Portal, GA.
