William Edward Furman
July 8, 1970 – September 14, 2026
William Edward Furman "Will", of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. Born on July 8, 1970, in San Antonio, Texas, William lived a life centered around family, laughter, adventure, and the memories he created with those he loved.
Will proudly served his country in the United States Army. His service was an important part of his life, and he carried the values of dedication, loyalty, and commitment with him throughout the years.
He was a devoted husband to his wife, Diana Furman, and a loving father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Diana Furman; his children, Jacob Furman, James (Erica) Jividen, and Sara (Wes) Mahr; his parents, Robert and Nina Furman; and his six grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride.
Family was at the heart of William's life. Some of his happiest memories were made traveling and spending time with those he loved. He especially enjoyed trips to Disney, family vacations, and attending NASCAR races. When he wasn't traveling or making memories with his family, William could often be found relaxing and watching reruns of his favorite television shows.
Will was known for his quick smile, warm personality, and unmistakable sense of humor. He always seemed to have a one-line joke ready, and his ability to make people laugh was one of the many things that made him so special. His smile, laughter, and unforgettable jokes will remain in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.
Will leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a family who will carry his love with them always. Though he will be deeply missed, his laughter, kindness, and love for his family will continue to live on through the people whose lives he touched.
Rest peacefully, Will. Your memory will forever be a part of the family you loved so dearly.
