Rincon – Willis Loyd "Wes" Wesley, 76, passed away May 7, 2024 at Hospice Savannah.

The Kentucky native retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years of service having been in the Special Forces.  He loved fishing, gardening, farming, playing guitar, and restoring old cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah Wesley and Lula Jane Wesley.

Survivors include his wife, Joanne Wesley; children, Phyllis Phelps (David), Kimberly Wesley, Kevin Wesley, Krissy Wesley, and Keith Wesley (Lisa); brother, Lester Wesley; grandchildren, Josh Eagans, Taylor Eagans, Bethany Phelphs, Benjamin Wesley, and Kelli Redman; several great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Joella Wesley; several nieces and nephews in Kentucky and Georgia.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2024 at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 3 p.m. in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Fellowship Bible Church Cemetery on Old Dixie Hwy.
