Obituary
Garden City-Mrs. Wilma Nell Lanier Roberts 90, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at Ogeechee Area Hospice.
Mrs. Roberts was born in Candler County to the late Henry & Margaret Lanier. She was also preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Roberts. She was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church, was a homemaker, and enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Roberts (fiancé-Julie Hall), and Stuart Roberts (Lisa); grandchildren, Jason, Chris and Jake Roberts; great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Jackson; brother, Lamar Lanier; sister, Sybil Toole, and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. on Monday, February 20th at Olive Branch Baptist Church located at 55 Heape Road in Ellabell with the funeral to follow at 3 p.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Remembrances may be given to Ogeechee Area Hospice, 200 Donehoo Street, Statesboro, GA 30458.
