Wilma "Boots" Royer Greene, 91, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, died on Friday, February 2, 2024, at White Oak Estates.  A native of Decatur, Alabama, she was born on November 24, 1932, a daughter of the late Ennis and Flaudie McCaghren Royer.  She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and retired from the South Carolina Tax Commission.  Survivors include her daughter, Kim Greene Fellner (Robert) of Kiawah Island, South Carolina; her son, Mitchell Grayson Greene of Beaufort, South Carolina; grandchildren, Joshua Costner, Jordan Costner, Anna Dearybury, and Katie Simmons; six great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Bill Costner; sisters, Austine Royer Smith and Margie Royer Hodges.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rhonda Greene Costner, a son, Robert Michael Greene, and siblings, J.C. Royer, John H. Royer, Juanita Myrick, and F.D. Royer.  The visitation will be on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 12 noon until 12:45 in the church parlor of Southside Baptist Church, 316 South Church Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina;  The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the church sanctuary conducted by the Rev. Dr. Schyler Peterson.  The graveside funeral and burial will be on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim, Georgia.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to Southside Baptist Church.  Floyd Mortuary of Spartanburg and Thomas C.
