Wilmer Ray Nease

Guyton - Wilmer Ray Nease, 63, died Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Effingham Hospital.

The Effingham County native was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. He retired from
Iron Worker's Local #709. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilmer Hinton
Nease and Louise Fetzer Nease Kessler.

Survivors include his companion of 37 years, Cheryl Morgan of Guyton; son, Darrell
(Kimberly) Morgan of Guyton; grandchildren, Josh Woodcock, Clint, Neil, Cole, and
Ansley Morgan; brother, Herbert (Melissa) Nease of Guyton; a number of nieces and
nephews; brother-in-law, Freddie Boxxe; sisters-in-law, Ruth Oats and Mary Hodges.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Zion Lutheran Church. Pallbearers will be
Norwood Fetzer, Justin Hodges, Brandon Hodges, Eric Nease, Warren Hinely, and Randy
Murray.

Interment will follow in Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery.
