Rincon – Wynell "Nell" Stuart Babb, 82, passed away December 18, 2024 at her residence.

The Chatham County native retired from the Corps of Engineers and Social Security Administration.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Stuart, Jr. and Lucille Christine Reddick Stuart.

Survivors include her daughter, Laura Montoya (Clark); grandchildren, Holly Hughes and Nicholas Montoya; brother, Carey Stuart (Patsy); sister, Diane Stuart Davis; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Monday, December 23, 2024 at the funeral home chapel.

Inurnment will follow in Screven Memorial Park Cemetery.
