Yanira Diaz

Rincon- Yanira Diaz has passed at home in peace on Monday, February 18, 2019 surrounded by loved ones.  For those who knew her, she was always free spirited, sassy, loved to dance, draw,  color, and watch movies.  She never complained and was always happy and full of life! Today she will be dancing with the angels while she watches over us.  We will miss her terribly but know she is in a better place with no more suffering.  She told her family a couple weeks ago that she would always be with us and everything was going to be ok, but she had to go. We will love you always and forever.  Rest in peace....Thanks to everyone for the constant prayers.

Survivors include her mother, Maria L. Rodriguez; sister, Karina Diaz; brother-in-law, Jose Figueroa; step-father, Jose Murphy; nieces, Yadira Figueroa and Sofia Figueroa; nephew, Ian Figueroa; and maternal grandparents,  maternal/paternal aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation: 6-8 pm Thursday, February 21, 2019 in the funeral home chapel.

Remembrances: Ronald McDonald House of the Coastal Empire or St. Jude's Hospital.
