Yvette Marie Wheeler, 55, of Bloomingdale, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.

Yvette was born in Portsmouth, Virginia and was preceded in death by her mother, Pamela L. Heston.  She served her country, retiring from the United States Army.  She enjoyed riding motorcycles and was an auxiliary member of the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association.  She was a faithful and active member of South Newington Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Lawrence Wheeler; children, Stephen Wheeler, Nicholas A. Wheeler,  Athea and Patrick Pinkston, James and Crystal Ashbrook, and Sarah R. Ashbrook; grandchildren, Conner, Evelyn, Matthew, Olivia, Thomas, Andrew, Destiny, Alyvia, Gabriella, Robin and Abel; sister, Carolyn Peak-Adams.

The Celebration of Life service for Yvette will be on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 7 p.m. at South Newington Baptist Church located at 453 John Carter Road, Bloomingdale.  The family will receive friends at the church from 6 until 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests remembrances be given to South Newington Baptist Church, 453 John Carter Road, Bloomingdale, GA  31302.
