Rincon – Judy Dillard Roe, 66, passed away February 15, 2024 at her residence.

The Alabama native was a member of Abundant Life Church and was a retired home health care worker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward J. Frame and Mary Belle Hicks Frame; brother, Bobby Frame; and sister, Karen Keller.

Survivors include her children, Carrie Dillard King (Justin), Kathy Dillard, and Joseph Dillard; grandchildren, Landan Harris and Bryce Stout; sisters, Patsy Hill and Phyllis Mosley; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2024 at Abundant Life Church followed by funeral services at 2 p.m. with Rev. Royce Hendry officiating.   Pallbearers will be Joseph Dillard, Landan Harris, Justin King, Steven Lancaster, Brandon Mosley, and Toby Stevens

Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
